1. PROCESSING TIME AND DISPATCH
We strive to get your stationery products to you as quickly as possible.
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays).
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping speeds to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
- Priority Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPMENT DESTINATIONS
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do deliver to P.O. boxes and military addresses via standard postal services. Expedited and priority options may not be available for these addresses.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will typically become active and show movement within 24 hours of receiving the email.
- You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the provided link.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- For Canadian Orders: Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery address.
- For International Orders (Including USA): PENTEL STATIONERY OF CANADA LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Rerouting: If you notice a mistake after placing the order, please contact us immediately at silentshd@pentelstationery.com. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address once the package has been processed or handed over to the carrier.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any additional return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- PENTEL STATIONERY OF CANADA LIMITED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our facility.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- For stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local police department.
