If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.

1. STRICT NO “REFUND-ONLY” POLICY (RETURN REQUIRED)

To prevent fraud and maintain the highest standards of service for all our customers, PENTEL STATIONERY OF CANADA LIMITED strictly prohibits “refund-only” requests.

  • No Refund Without Return: We will not issue any refunds, store credits, or replacements unless the physical item is successfully returned to our facility, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
  • Physical Return Mandatory: You must ship the physical product back to our designated return address. There are no exceptions to this rule, regardless of the reason for the return (including claims of product dissatisfaction, incorrect fit, or change of mind).
  • Abandonment: If you refuse to return the item or dispose of it without our explicit written authorization, you forfeit your right to a refund or replacement.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within thirty (30) days from the date your order was delivered. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must not show any signs of wear, tear, or alteration.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories still attached or included.

3. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift Cards: All digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any stationery or products that have been custom-printed, engraved, or modified specifically for you.

  • Bulk or Corporate Orders: Large volume orders processed through our specialized sales team may be subject to separate contract terms and are generally non-returnable.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To return an item, please follow these steps precisely:

Do not send items back without an RMA number. Packages received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning their items. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
  • Trackable Shipping Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. PENTEL STATIONERY OF CANADA LIMITED is not responsible for any return packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or is not the item you ordered:

  • Provide Evidence: Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer shipping box in your email.
  • Mandatory Return: Even for damaged or defective goods, you must return the physical item to us so we can evaluate the defect and process it with our suppliers. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label specifically for verified damaged or incorrect items.
  • Resolution: Upon receipt and verification of the defective item, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

9. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product (for example, due to receiving a defective unit), please send an email to silentshd@pentelstationery.com to initiate the process. Standard return requirements still apply.
